Review Big Green Egg

Big Green Egg is one of a kind of pressure cooker. The idea came from the secular Kamado cooking. The principle is simple, it is a ceramic hob, which can function as a slow smoker / cooker or a steak barbecue with its own combustion temperature 650F dangerous:)

My passion started as soon as we walked through the store and saw this bbq galore, it is interesting to note, looking at the grid. All green and looked like an egg. Later, of course I have learned to be tough as hell:)

Thus we have appointed a XLand really, it's really hard to move all the same pieces. I would suggest if you have the ability to supply and install, have to use it! This is an incredible barbecue, but needs attention and love. Everything I've seen so far on the Internet are true lovers in their eggs. I do not have the opportunity to participate in the month of October or maybe even EggFest "Eggtober hard", or any other collection, but I found some sites of people who have lots of photos, recipes and what not. The connections areprovided at the end of the article.

We use our Green Egg ejector year. Winter is usually a time for turkey, duck, stew, potatoes and meat, etc., and of course the hottest days of summer and for hamburgers, steaks, vegetables, roasted chestnuts and what is on our mind. We have bread and pizzas, as often, and are beautiful ... The Brad is moist, vibrant, and on several occasions the guests were eating in one shot. I think once we do not even serve the main meal was the breaddone:)

So all in all, I wanted to say here, that Big Green Egg ceramic magic outdoor kitchen. If you can afford it, use it. Depending on how many guests you usually entertain and have chosen the right size. We have a large extra dimension and we are very happy. It takes a load of coal and you can cook all afternoon or evening. Do not worry, you need to load or that. Start the Fire Egg, I use the electric starter,You can shop at Home Depot or barbecue. The cost is about $ 15.

This is an extraordinary grill. Two thumbs up from me for Big Green Egg.
